As a part of the Finance team, Bethany supports the Lever for Change leadership team with financial planning and reporting. She lends expertise to daily operational processes and evaluates everyday financial activity to provide insight to leadership.
She joined the Foundation in 2024 after two years as a Tax Staff member for Plante Moran, where she reviewed client financials and prepared tax filings for businesses, nonprofits, and individuals. She has also worked as a senior accountant in the crypto industry and as a corporate financial analyst in the real estate space.
Bethany earned a Bachelor of Arts in accountancy from Cardinal Stritch University, and a Master of Science in accounting and finance from University of Stirling.
