Allison supports the Grants Management department in its practice of using data to measure performance, inform operational and programmatic decisions, and improve grantmaking processes. She supports in analyzing and maintaining the quality of data in the Grants Management System.
Allison comes to the Foundation from Common Threads where she was a Data Compliance and Financial Analyst.
Allison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth, Society, and Environment from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Master of Arts in Sustainable Urban Development from DePaul University, and a graduate certification in Geographic Information Systems from Elmhurst College.
